One-Year Warranty Includes a 3-month bulge/bubble warranty with a deduction of 6 OMR for each millimeter of tread depth (remaining 20mm). Vehicles operating day and night under a 6-month warranty will be considered as having a 3-month warranty. Please provide the invoice along with five clear pictures from the actual incident site, including a complete picture of the tire, close-ups of the defect from two different angles, a picture of the serial number, a picture taken from 30 meters (steps) away, and a tread depth measurement using a vernier caliper. Additionally, include details of the vehicle type, tire position (preferably in an Excel file), and the vehicle registration number. Submit the tire with the rim to the purchase location. The damaged tire is the property of Eudemon and must be returned. All claims will be processed after receiving the damaged tire(s). The decision on claims may take 30 to 90 days.
